As part of the celebrations for Rajasthan Police Foundation Day, a state-level series of events was organized, culminating in a blood donation camp held at the Rajasthan Police Academy dispensary on Wednesday. A total of 163 police officers and jawans, including those holding the rank of Deputy General of Police, participated in this noble endeavor.
At the inauguration of the blood donation camp, Police Director-General Utkal Ranjan Sahu hailed blood donation as a great contribution, stating, “The importance of blood donation in saving lives cannot be overstated.” He commended the officers and jawans who donated blood at the camp, encouraging them to continue participating in such noble activities.
Among those who donated blood at the camp were Police Director-General of Intelligence Sanjay Agrawal, Police Director-General of SCRB and Cyber Crime Hemant Priyadarshi, Additional Police Director-General, Rajasthan Police Academy, P. Ramji, along with police inspectors, deputy inspectors, and newly appointed trainee deputy inspectors, among others.
