Har Ghar Tiranga Programme Organised at Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh School

Har Ghar Tiranga’ program was organized on Saturday at the Jagatpura based Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh School. The School Director and Rajsamand MP Diya Kumari was the Chief Guest. Executive Trustee of Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum, Rama Dutt,  was also present at the event. Principal of the school, Vaidehi Singh,  welcomed the guests. Diya Kumari started the programme by hoisting the flag. After the national anthem, a colorful cultural program was presented by the students of the school.

On the occasion, MP Diya Kumari, in her message, informed the students and parents about the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign launched by the Prime Minister. She said that this campaign is not political but a campaign for every citizen. To make the ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ memorable, the Prime Minister has given an opportunity to every Indian to hoist the tricolour at their homes and institutions from August 13 to 15. The tricolour is a symbol of the unity and integrity of our country and our pride. All of us together should make this campaign a huge success, she said.

The tricolours and sweets were then distributed to all the students, parents and staff members of the school. The vote of thanks was proposed by the Principal Vaidehi Singh.
